1. Welcome to Narrative's T&C's
Hey there! Welcome to Narrative. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C's") keep everything clear for everyone, so please read them carefully. By joining one of our workshops or AI trainings, you agree to these terms.
2. Who's who?
Narrative: That's us. We help event professionals leverage Generative AI.
Participant: That’s you — the person or company joining our AI adventure.
Agreement: The official handshake (digital or otherwise) between you and Narrative.
3. Sign-up & Payment
• Register easily via our website. After signing up, you'll receive an invoice.
• Payment is due within 14 days from invoice issuance.
• Miss the deadline? We reserve the right to hit pause on your participation (but we’d rather not).
4. Cancellations & Refunds (when life happens)
• If you cancel more than 7 days before your session, we’ll give you all your money back.
• Less than 7 days? Unfortunately, that train has left the station — no refunds, but feel free to send someone else in your place. Let us know about any substitutions via email.
5. Let's talk safety (Liability & Force Majeure)
• We promise to be careful, but if things go sideways, Narrative's liability is capped at the total amount you paid.
• If a major event beyond our control happens (think alien invasions, pandemics, or giant robots attacking the city), we’ll reschedule or refund your payment.
6. Privacy, Data and IP
• Your data stays private. We promise not to train our AI army with it.
• All materials, knowledge, and creative sparks we share are our intellectual property. Feel free to use them, but please don’t copy, distribute, or turn them into your own workshops without asking nicely first.
7. Changes (they happen)
• We might update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. When we do, we’ll give you 30 days' notice on our website and via email. Plenty of time to read and mildly panic (just kidding).
8. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by Dutch law. If disagreements pop up, we’ll sort them out amicably or, worst-case scenario, let Dutch courts handle it.
